There’s SNOW Better Time To Read Deloris Fowler, Tennessee Grade Level: First grade

This was my January hallway bulletin board. I used it to promote wintertime reading. The background is light blue with white paper at the bottom to look like snow. I made the banner using Print Shop Deluxe. The Eskimo patterns were copied on to colored construction paper. The children cut them out, and then added cotton for a nice wintry touch. A cupcake liner was glued on the “head”area. I used the classroom digital camera to take a close-up picture of each child. Then, the pictures were added inside the cupcake liners. I made the books that each child is holding using white construction paper.
